BOS Productions provides video production services including but not limited to wedding films, event coverage, brand videos, VFX, motion graphics and AI-based content.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A project is confirmed only after advance payment is received. The booking amount is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payments

• Advance payment is required to start the project
• Remaining balance must be paid before final delivery
• Delayed payments may result in project delays

4. Project Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on project scope and complexity. BOS Productions will make every effort to deliver on time but is not liable for delays caused by external factors.

5. Revisions

Limited revisions may be included depending on the project. Additional revisions may be charged separately.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback and necessary materials required for project completion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by BOS Productions remains our property until full payment is made. After payment, the client receives usage rights as agreed.

8. Usage Rights

BOS Productions reserves the right to use completed projects for portfolio, marketing and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Booking amount is non-refundable
• Cancellation must be informed in advance
• Refunds (if applicable) are subject to project stage and agreement

10. Limitation of Liability

BOS Productions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, technical issues or government restrictions.

12. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for their policies or performance.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal.
