Refund Policy

At BOS Productions, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure clarity for both our clients and our team. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms regarding payments and refunds.

💰 Our payment structure is designed to ensure commitment, smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality work.

1. Payment Structure

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

• 60% Advance Payment — Required at the time of booking to confirm your project and secure the schedule.

• 35% Payment — Payable after the shoot is completed and before entering the editing phase.

• 5% Final Payment — Payable upon final delivery of the project.

2. Refund Policy

  • The 60% advance payment is strictly non-refundable as it is used to block dates, allocate resources and prepare for the project.
  • Once the shoot has been completed, the 35% payment is also non-refundable.
  • The final 5% payment is non-refundable after delivery of the completed project.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If the client cancels the project after booking, the advance payment will not be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs after the shoot, no refund will be provided for any payments made.
  • In case of rescheduling, adjustments may be considered based on availability and mutual agreement.

4. Exceptional Situations

Refunds may only be considered in rare and exceptional situations where BOS Productions is unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances. Such cases will be reviewed individually.

5. Project Delays

Delays caused by the client (such as late responses, missing information or changes in requirements) will not be eligible for refunds.

6. Service Quality

We strive to deliver high-quality work. Minor creative differences do not qualify for refunds. However, reasonable revisions may be provided as per the agreed terms.
