Cancellation Policy

At BOS Productions, we understand that plans may change. However, due to the nature of our services and the resources involved in video production, we maintain a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness and commitment from both parties.

1. Booking Confirmation

A project is considered confirmed only after receiving the 60% advance payment. This amount secures your booking date and initiates pre-production planning.

2. Cancellation Before Shoot

• If the client cancels the project after booking but before the shoot date, the 60% advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
• This amount compensates for reserved dates, planning, and lost opportunities.

3. Cancellation After Shoot

• If the project is cancelled after the shoot has been completed, no refund will be provided.
• The 35% payment due after the shoot must still be cleared as per the agreement.
• All work completed up to that point remains chargeable.

4. Cancellation After Editing Begins

• Once editing or post-production has started, the project is considered fully in progress.
• No cancellations or refunds will be accepted at this stage.
• Full payment obligations remain applicable.

5. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling may be allowed if informed at least 7 days in advance.
• New dates are subject to availability.
• Last-minute rescheduling may be treated as cancellation.

In rare situations where BOS Productions is unable to deliver the service due to unavoidable circumstances, alternative arrangements or partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

8. Client Responsibilities

Failure to provide required details, delays in communication or changes in requirements may lead to project delays and will not qualify for cancellation or refund.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures or government restrictions.
